IFB 038-2021 Uniform Vouchers for Various Public Schools
As a result, of the COVID-19 Pandemic, many Guam families experienced extended economic hardship. Indigent, foster and wards of the state students have been recognized in the Guam Department of Education who are unable to purchase school uniforms for SY2021-22. In order to ensure students are able to meet the uniform requirement, American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds have identified to address the challenge.
