AWARD WINNING MUSIC: Congratulations to Mr. DiaAmore and the UMS Band for winning the Top Middle School Band award on March 3 during the Tumon Bay Band Festival. The UMS Band played against bands from the other public middle schools as well as DODEA, private schools, and even Guam Honor Band.

CONGRATULATIONS: The Academic Challenge Bowl team has placed third overall for school year 2005-2006! This feat is quite notable because it is the first time that any public middle school team has placed in the top three island-wide. We are very proud of our ACB team, and share in the pride and accomplishment of the advisors, Danny and Luci Leon Guerrero.
