The Guam Department of Education, Division of Special Education is committed to supporting all exceptional children and youth lead rich, active lives by participating as full members of their school and community.  One example of this commitment can be seen in the availability of this Parent Information Web-Site, which offers support to families by providing local, national, and international information related to parent training opportunities, community activities, and resources for children with disabilities and/or who are gifted and talented.
