On September 17, 2003, the
U.S. Department of Education imposed special conditions on the Guam
Public School System's program grants issued on or after that date.
In compliance with these
special conditions, the department is making available to the public
quarterly expenditures and a description of the advances made by each
program/grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Education.
Within this site is a
letter from the U.S. Department of Education officially informing the
Guam Public School System of its special conditions status. Also
presented are audited financial statements dating back to Fiscal Year
1998, and financial details of each grant administered by the
department.
Financial data is presented
