Hafa Adai! Information, like the blood to the human body, is the lifeline to any organization. The quality and accessibility of quantitative and qualitative data influence the organization's success in carrying out its mission. This concept, combined with the mission of the Guam Public School System (GPSS), warrant the need to ensure that information is not only readily available, but that the department is transparent to all stakeholders. The development of the Research, Planning and Evaluation (RP&E) web page is a step towards meeting those objectives. By making quantitative and qualitative data accessible, GPSS is providing a window through which we can be held accountable for carrying out our mission to prepare all students for life, promote excellence and provide support.
