Student parking permit packages may be obtained from SSO office. No one will be allowed to park outside, across, or around the perimeter. All vehicles will be towed and ticketed at the owner's expense. (limited parking, first come first basis)

Student drop-off and pick-up area is at the rear of the Cafeteria only, please adhere to all safety precautions.Dropping your child outside campus or in the middle of the road is prohibited, you are responsible for your child's safety

*Student drop-off: 6:45 a.m. (NO EARLIER) students are not allowed on campus during non-operational hours, the school will not be liable or responsible for your child during non-operational hours. Students should be on campus by 7:30 a.m., gates will close at 8:00 a.m. Student after school pick-up 2:45 p.m. -3:00 p.m. gates open at 2:30 p.m., please ensure that your child is picked up on time. Designated area is behind the cafeteria area only!

Please adhere to the hours, administrative discipline will be sought.

Attendance: We are on BLOCK schedule. Please review attendance policy.

Mandatory Uniforms No notes, excuses, or exceptions. If you need financial assistance,please see an Administrator.

Mandatory Closed toe shoes.

ONLY TRANSPARENT/MESH BAGS ARE ALLOWED, all others will be confiscated. (5 x 7 small pouches are allowed but are subject to be searched if warranted)

No hats, hooded jackets, full sweatshirts/jackets. Uniforms must be exposed. Only jackets with button or zippers be allowed uniforms must be exposed.

No logo or promotion of drugs, fight clubs, sex, alcohol. (BP401: confiscation will begin on Tuesday September 8th)

Electronic devices are not allowed and will be confiscated. GWHS will not entertain items stolen. For Cellphones please refer to GWHS SOP.

Confiscated items will only be released between 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. no other time. Only legal parents/guardians listed on our school data base, no one else. All items must be picked up within one week of date or they will be disposed. Your child is issued a receipt, there are no reminder notices or phone calls, your receipt is your only notice. Individuals picking up the item must have a valid i.d. and must sign for the release of these items, we will not release the items to anyone refusing to sign the release of the item.
