Enclosed is my check number ______________ in the amount of $______________ made payable to the Every Child Is Entitled to an Adequate Public Education Fund under account number 362257101 at the Bank of Guam. The fund was created by P.L. 28-68 which enacted §7115 & 6 of 17 GCA. Those sections read in pertinent part: §7115. Every Child is Entitled to an Adequate Public Education Fund. There is hereby created, separate and apart from other funds of the government of Guam. A fund known as the Every Child is Entitled to an Adequate Public Education Fund (`Fund'). The Fund shall not be commingled with any other fund, and shall be kept in a separate bank accountant administered by the Superintendent of Education… §7116. Donations to the Fund. The Treasurer of Guam is authorized to accept monetary donations from any individual or organization which the Treasurer shall deposit in the Every Child is Entitled to an Adequate Public Education Fund and promptly report to the Superintendent of Education. Please deposit the enclosed check as required by 17 GCA §7116. You may send the receipt in the self-addressed stamped envelope enclosed. I would also appreciate a copy of the report sent to the Superintendent of Education pursuant to 17 GCA § 7116. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely,
