Under special circumstances
as instructed by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE), the Guam
Public School System (GPSS) in specified cases must circulate and make available grant
applications for a 60-day period of review and within that
timeframe also allow for a 30-day public comment period.
As a measure by GPSS to
provide public access, this website is being made available to view and download
grant applications and supporting documents.
